  • Modeling Services: Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Event Planning Services: Cancellation requests must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  1. Refund Policy We strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Our refund policy is as follows:
  • Modeling Services: We do not offer refunds for modeling services that have already been provided. However, if you cancel a service before it is provided, we may issue a refund minus any cancellation fees.
  • Event Planning Services: We may offer a partial refund if the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond your control, such as inclement weather or venue closure. We do not offer refunds for events that are canceled due to circumstances within your control, such as failure to provide necessary information or changes to the event details.
  1. Payment Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking our services. We accept major credit cards, UPI, and Net Banking. In the event that we are unable to provide the requested services, we will issue a full refund.

  2. Changes to Services If you need to make changes to your scheduled services, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. However, please note that changes may be subject to additional fees.
