Welcome to our modeling agency. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Age Requirement To work with us, you must be at least 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian before proceeding.
Representation Agreement Our modeling agency will provide representation to models only through a signed agreement. This agreement will outline the terms and conditions of representation, including but not limited to compensation, exclusivity, and duration of the agreement.
Exclusive Representation As a model represented by our agency, you agree to work exclusively with us during the term of your representation agreement. You may not enter into any other modeling contracts or agreements during this time without our prior written consent.
Compensation We will negotiate on your behalf and set fees for the modeling jobs you undertake. Our agency will take a percentage of your earnings as a commission. The commission percentage will be agreed upon in your representation agreement.
Model Responsibility As a model, you are responsible for your own safety and well-being during all modeling jobs. You are required to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times and abide by the client’s rules and regulations.
Payment Terms Payment for modeling jobs will be made directly to our agency. We will deduct our commission from the payment and transfer the remaining amount to you. Payment terms will be agreed upon before the job commences.
Termination of Agreement Either party may terminate the representation agreement at any time upon written notice. However, if the model terminates the agreement without cause, they may be required to pay compensation to the agency for damages incurred.
Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, related to the modeling jobs shall remain the property of the client.
Confidentiality You agree to keep all client and agency information confidential, including but not limited to client lists, client contact information, and job details.
